Chad Hobbs

Owner / Head Coach

After an injury plagued collegiate basketball career Chad wanted to learn everything he could about effective strength and conditioning programs to help others avoid what he went through at the next level. He brings this thoughtful approach to his coaching at The Athlete Factory. Chad prides himself on relating to the athletes on a personal level to have an understanding of what their goals really are and help guide them towards it. The best part of the job is going to watch the athletes play their respective sports and see the habits and performance gains come out during competition!

Zac Turner

Director of Nutrition & Personal Training

Zac is the definition of a fitness enthusiast. He has an extensive knowledge base on all things to do with training, nutrition, program design and supplements. Zac has personal experience with competing in bodybuilding, powerlifting and CrossFit. Aside from his own competitive experiences Zac’s Clients’ results speak volumes about his training style. Zac has been able to implement his systems that has made he and his clients successful throughout the entire Athlete Factory staff making this the most respected, well-educated personal training department in the area.

Aside from being the Personal Training Director, Zac also is our go-to authority for all things dealing with Nutrition. He has proven that he can work with any type of dietary restrictions, weight loss/weight gain, performance increases and much more.

Donovan Muldrow

Personal Trainer

Having always had a passion for fitness Donovan followed a very natural progression and found his calling as a personal trainer. He has been in the Personal Training Industry for 10 years now is committed to constantly improving his craft and focusing on his clients goals. Donovan not only helps his clientele achieve the results they set out for but strives to help them set new goals to prevent stagnation. He also makes clear to anyone one he works with that it is a true partnership and there is a level of personal responsibility and habit forming that have to be accomplished to achieve long lasting sustainable results.

Cameron Gentry


Cam is a graduate from Illinois State University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Exercise Science. While playing basketball and baseball all four years of high school, Cam fell in love with sports performance training. His passion for the success of every athlete that walks in our doors is evident each and everyday. Cam strives to improve movement quality, strength, and speed so that they are able to play at their peak performance level on the court or field without injury.

Tony Giammaria, MBA

Coach / Personal Trainer

As a former college athlete, CrossFit was never something Tony experienced before coming to CFBN. However, it was precisely what his competitive drive needed! The community invited Tony right in and we enjoy every workout, especially the tough ones, because we get through together. A couple years later, it is Tony’s privilege to Coach and motivate you to compete against yourself with passion, power, and a little bit of fun!

Tony’s passion for human movement and exercise pushes him to continue learning better ways to effectively train you and reach your current goals through the fun community and atmosphere at CFBN. Utilizing his past experiences of weight training for 15+ years, athletic training over his career, and competing in CrossFit recently, Tony will provide opportunities to challenge you to grow in your exercise journey and power through new goals! Now, let’s put the fun back in fundamentals and get to work.!

Brandi Read


Brandi has been a member of CFBN for 9 years. She has a background in running for 30 years and was a competitive equestrian for 10 years. Crossfit quickly became a lifestyle for her, taking her through an entire pregnancy with a quick return back to the gym. She continues to compete in running races and crossfit competitions. She earned her level 1 crossfit certification in 2017 and has been a coach since.

Jaymi Nettleton


Jaymi is a graduate from Eastern Illinois University. She grew up playing every sport she could, particularly loving Basketball and Volleyball. However, Pole Vaulting was what paid her way through the beginning of college. After officially being done as a competitve athlete, she needed something to entertain her drive and competitive side, so she gave CrossFit a shot. She quickly fell in love with the way she was challeged each workout to be better. Jaymi has been a Personal Trainer since 2018, with experience working with Seniors and Pre-diabetic/Diabetic clients using exercise to restore overall strength and health. Jaymi takes a particular interest in Women’s Health and Fitness and is studying to specialize in Prenatal/Postpartum Training.

Dan DiCiaula


Dan grew up playing high school football and soccer, and went on to be a part time soccer coach in January 2016. Fitness has been a hobby of his throughout his adult life earning several different certificates along the way. He currently uses CrossFit as his primary mode of exercise, and loves to share his knowledge with those in his classes.

Reilly Good


Community has always been the building block to Reilly’s fitness journey. He has a background in football, tennis, and wrestling as a high school student, and went on to focus on tennis and soccer at the collegiate level. His love for his teams and experience playing college sports led him to begin coaching youth, even as a college student. After Reilly’s career as an athlete ended, he wanted to be apart of a community that was fitness minded, which then led him to a CrossFit class for the first time.

Reilly has been coaching young athletes since 2011 and CrossFit since 2017. He is very passionate about competing within the sport to see how far he can take his fitness, and pushing others to reach their potential as well. Reilly’s main focus is seeing others enjoying the community while safely testing their limits and reaching their goals.
